Sostevinobile offers the first full-service wine bar committed to providing the finest selection of wines from California, Oregon, and Washington. It’s a simple proposition we feel should be indelible: if your cuisine features only locally-grown, sustainable ingredients, shouldn’t your wine list adhere to the same standards? To date, we have meticulously sourced sustainable wines from over 3,000 wineries throughout the West Coast, consisting of well over 170 distinct varietals, along with innumerable blends and Meritages.

We are committed to developing the most comprehensive and exciting wine programs found at any wine bar in the three western states where we are planning operations. Each of our slated locations for Sostevinobile is thoughtfully designed to reflect to flavors and élan of its immediate community, while maintaining the highest standards of sustainability. Our premises are large yet airy, offering a rare dynamism yet preserving the casual intimacy you expect from a contemporary wine salon.

Our flagship wine bar & retail store will debut in San Francisco in mid-2013.
